Privacy notice (KVKK)

This notice explains, under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how we process the personal data you share while using bosphorusmarketing.com. The Turkish version is the binding one.

What we process
- Quote and contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number and brand or company name, the link to your current site, the services, plan and budget range you choose, and your message.
- Email and WhatsApp messages: your contact details and the content of the conversation when you write to us directly.
- Technical data: records such as IP address, browser details and time of visit that our hosting infrastructure keeps for security and operation.
- Cookies: only if you consent, analytics cookies that measure how the site is used. Details in the cookie policy.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. Where the work requires it, it may be transferred to:
- the infrastructure provider that hosts the site (Cloudflare, Inc.),
- the form service that delivers the quote form to us by email (Web3Forms),
- our email provider (Google Workspace),
- the messaging service when you write to us on WhatsApp (WhatsApp). If you choose “Send on WhatsApp” in the quote form, your summary is prepared as a WhatsApp message, which you send yourself,
- if you consent, our analytics provider (Google Analytics, Google LLC),
- competent public authorities where the law requires.
Some of these providers keep servers outside Türkiye, so transfers are made with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of KVKK (standard contracts or explicit consent).
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence limited to a quote request for up to 2 years, and records of work that becomes a contract for as long as the relevant legislation requires. After that the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know who it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, to request that these actions are notified to recipients, to object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
